Communication was smooth, the product (Leofoto Ballhead NB-46 + Release Plate NP-60) is absolutely gorgeous, and the shipping was incredibly fast and very well packaged. Truly top-notch! Como siempre muy contento con Foto Erhardt aunque bastante menos satisfecho con DHL: no es la primera vez que hay retrasos en la entrega y falta de información del estado del paquete. Espero que ésta vez sea mejor la experiencia con DHL. Por mi parte como digo un 10 para Foto Erhardt
